Meet Miss Caitlyn

Hi, I’m Caitlyn, the founder of Wonderfully Made Sensory.

First and foremost, I’m a follower of Christ and a single homeschooling mama to four wonderful children. They are my greatest inspiration and the reason I believe so deeply in the power of purposeful, hands-on play.

My journey with children has taken many different paths over the years. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology while serving in leadership roles within a university research lab and was later accepted into a Ph.D. program in Clinical Psychology. I also worked as a Behavioral Therapist, facilitating group and art therapy sessions, before teaching English to children online through VIPKid.

In 2020, I combined my love of child development and creativity by starting SClassMom, where I shared toddler and preschool activities with families around the world. I also created and sold homemade playdough and sensory kits locally. As our family grew and life became busier, that chapter was put on hold.

Several years later, during a season of unexpected life changes, God gently led me back to the passion He had placed on my heart years before. In the spring of 2026, I began teaching sensory play classes at our local enrichment center, and watching children learn through play reminded me exactly why I loved this work in the first place.

Today, Wonderfully Made Sensory exists to help families create meaningful learning moments through open-ended, hands-on play. Every sensory mix, activity, and class is thoughtfully designed to encourage creativity, strengthen fine motor skills, spark curiosity, and make learning joyful.

More than anything, I hope each child who uses our products knows they are fearfully and wonderfully made by their Creator. Thank you for supporting this small business and allowing us to be a small part of your family’s learning.
